Notes:
  1. It's imperative that owners realize the schedule is not fixed, it must be flexible due to contingencies such as weather. The painting vendor understands the importance of keeping owners up-to-date, so that inconvenience is minimized.
  2. Pressure washing of roofs, garage doors, louvers, downspouts, stairwell rails, standpipes, etc. will be ongoing activities throughout the schedule.
  3. Walkways, doors, and stairwells will have specific, Board-approved dates that will be provided, here, as updates.
